We have 30 rooms with attached bath, running hot and cold water. All rooms are clean, carpeted, comfortable and adequately lighted and heated with modern furniture. Beside that we have television with international cable network programmes and telephone in all the rooms.

The Rates are in US Dollars
  1. Weekly stay must be continuous for seven days. Any exceeding days will be charged to daily rates.
  2. Monthly stay must be continuous for at least 28 days. Any exceeding days will be charged as weekly or daily rates. 
  3. All rates are subjected to 10% Service Charge and 13% Government tax
  4. Checkout time 12:00 noon
  5. All bills must be settled in convertible foreign currency one day prior to checkout
  6. Visa cards and Master Cards are accepted for the settlement of the bills
  7. Rates are subject to change without prior notice
  8. Cancellation of guarantee reservation must be made at least one day before the arrival date to avoid the room charges.
